Shipping Policy

• We offer free UK shipping for all orders, no minimum amount needed.
• VERSES STUDIOS uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 for deliveries; products (not included with pre-orders) should arrive within 1-2 working days, including proof of delivery. 
  
• For international orders, please find the price at checkout (we do not profit from delivery prices, we ensure fair prices that match with couriers). 
• Tracking codes are sent via email within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. 
• Once items are shipped and with the chosen courier, we are no longer responsible for the time it takes to arrive. We will try our hardest to help in every way possible but it is not in our hand to speed up delivery, etc. 
• Please note: We do not cover overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other international shipping fees. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
• Once orders leave our warehouse, we are no longer liable for the damage during delivery, incorrect address or missed deliveries due to customers not being present. Re-delivery can be arranged by the customer and Royal Mail/ chosen courier. 

Return Policy

• We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged before leaving the warehouse, each piece is checked before shipping, therefore refunds are subjective. 
• Items being returned must be in their original condition with original packaging. Any signs of washing, wearing, smells or marks will not be eligible for a refund or exchange (where possible).
